Batch Conversion and Rename in Infranview PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 22 May 2008 08:37
The batch features of Irfan View are very powerful, but easy to use. Be very careful if opting to overwrite files though, as you can very quickly destroy your original images (>_<). You can also use the batch feature to rename images (and other file types).

Website Re-Design x2 PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 17 May 2008 15:58

I have just finished re-designing 2 websites.

The first was a complete format/reload, transforming them from a simple 2 page site to a fully fuctional and customized installation of Open Realty. You can view their website here.

The second was just a cosmetic re-design. I took a boring, drab colorless website and created a masterpiece. I also gave every visitor the ability to choose their own background (3 to start with) you can view their website here.

The browser is the program that retrieves web pages from the Internet and displays them on the screen for you. It can understand the language that web pages are written in, such as HTML, ASP, CGI, etc., and produces the correct output on your screen

Programs running in the background PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 13 May 2008 12:44
Sometimes you will run into the problem where two programs that are installed on your PC
conflict with each other and refuse to run at the same time. Or you have a memory leak (a
program that uses memory when in use but does not return it after it is done) but are not sure
which program is causing it. It can be tricky to find the culprit, because you think that no other
programs were running, so what could possibly be the problem?
